1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hah555 website accessible at hah555.org and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other gambling or entertainment products made available on the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on hah555, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and hah555 governing your use of the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. You may not access or use the Platform if you do not have such authority or if you do not accept these Terms in full.

hah555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. 3Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hah555 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or place any wager on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity without express written consent from hah555).
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by hah555 or any recognised responsible gaming registry.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by hah555 for a breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. You must not use false identities, aliases, or misrepresent your personal details.

hah555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4Account Management and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the hah555 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hah555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hah555 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. hah555 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

• Do not use public or shared devices to access your hah555 account.
• Always log out fully after each session, particularly on shared mobile devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication (2FA) feature when offered.

5Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the hah555 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hah555 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The approved payment methods for Bangladeshi players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. hah555 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which hah555 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by hah555's payment processor.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
• hah555 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Players may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may trigger an account review.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hah555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the individual offer's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports bets, live casino tables, and certain slot games may contribute at different rates. The contribution schedule is disclosed in each offer.

hah555 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not have their existing terms altered mid-promotion without notice.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on hah555 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that all bet selections, stake amounts, and any applicable options are correct before confirming a wager. hah555 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances described below.

• Void Bets: hah555 reserves the right to declare a bet void where a demonstrable technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has occurred. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the Player's account.
• Live Betting: During live in-play betting events, odds are updated in real time. hah555 may suspend betting markets at any time during a live event at its sole discretion. Bets placed before a suspension was triggered will stand.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit may apply per bet or per event. This limit is displayed on the betting interface and in the specific game rules.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or live dealer session, the round in question will be voided and stakes returned. hah555's decision regarding the outcome of any technical dispute is final.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of any systematic exploitation strategy, including but not limited to arbitrage, sure-betting across multiple accounts, or the use of automated betting software (bots), is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

8Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

hah555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest conduct in relation to betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited technical means.
• Chargebacks filed with a payment provider without first contacting hah555 support.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the Player themselves or by an authorised third party acting on their behalf.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hah555 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where a closure is initiated by the Player for responsible gaming reasons, any real-money (non-bonus) balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after completion of verification checks.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Once a responsible-gaming self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as determined by hah555's Responsible Gaming Policy.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the hah555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the intellectual property of hah555 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only. 11Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, or other technical circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. hah555 will endeavour to notify Players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits hah555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

hah555 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

hah555 applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required for the operation of our payment processing services or as required by applicable law.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Our team will endeavour to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly.

14Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

hah555's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hah555 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
